The Grand Apartments

Currently under construction, this downtown Eau Claire property is being re-purposed from office space to 25-units of market rate apartments. The Grand also will offer three floors of commercial space as well as an upscale roof-top restaurant and bar.

Flats on Fifth

The Flats on Fifth are luxury apartments located in Pittsburgh's uptown neighborhood. Amenities include secure parking, balconies/patios, fitness center, business centers, cozy lounges, night patrol, and 24/7 maintenance services. JCap provided a credit enhancement with a minority interest in this development.

Midtown Commons

In 2019, JCap performed extensive market research in Madison WI, and identified a major demand for housing on Madison's West side. Midtown Commons will offer first class amenities including a fitness center, rooftop party area, pool, hot tub, dog run and heated underground parking.

The 101 Apartments

Project is in the planning and entitlement stage and targeted to begin construction in 2021. Amenities will include underground heated garages, river walk frontage in downtown Eau Claire.

Wilson Square Apartments

Anticipated construction start date of May 2020. Wilson Square will be a 115-unit market rate apartment located within downtown Eau Claire, footsteps from local area amenities including underground heated parking, roof-top terrace, Wilson Park, YMCA, Children's Museum, and the new Pablo Center at the Confluence.

Chippewa Street Apartments

Developed in 2016 to 2018. After acquiring older properties in the student area of University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, JCap transformed the 200, 300, and 800 block of Chippewa Street. This project was identified by JCap as a strong market demand need and has proven to be a major success by maintaining 100% occupancy levels.

509 South Barstow Street

Developed in 2015 to 2016. When purchased in 2015, the building was in total disrepair and on the brink of being condemned. JCap renovated the entire building, bringing two commercial units and 11 beautiful market rate apartments to Eau Claire's downtown.

FloCo Fusion Apartments

Developed in 2010. This 180 unit apartment complex is located in Minneapolis, MN. JCap worked on this project as an interested minority investor in 2010.

Graham Avenue Lofts

Developed in 2007 to 2008. When purchased in 2006, the building was in total disrepair and on the brink of being condemned. JCap renovated the building, bringing two commercial units and 17 market rate apartments to Eau Claire's downtown. These apartments offer river views, balconies, hardwood floors and underground parking.

The Bristol Apartments

Developed in 2003 to 2005. This 211 unit apartment complex is located in Indianapolis, IN. Amenities include: in-ground pool, club house, business center, car ports, and condo/townhouses.

Autumn Ridge Apartments

Developed in 2002 to 2004. This 68 unit apartment complex is located in Eau Claire, WI. Amenities include: in-ground pool, club room, theater, poker/card room, and underground garages.

Harrison Place Apartments

Developed in 2002 to 2004. This 307 unit apartment complex is located in Indianapolis, IN. Amenities include: in-ground pool, club house, business center, car ports, and condo/townhouses.

Morningside Ridge Apartments

Developed in 2000 to 2002. This 28 unit apartment complex is located in Eau Claire, WI. Amenities include: large unit sizes and attached garages.

Heritage Park Condos

Developed in 1999 to 2001. Duplex style condos with attached garages and single story living located in Eau Claire, WI.

Harbor House Apartments

Developed in 1996 to 1998. This 240 unit apartment complex is located in Madison, WI. Amenities include: in-ground pool, hot tub, club house, business center, and underground garages.

Arbor Green Apartments

Developed in 1990 to 1992. This 208 unit apartment complex is located in Indianapolis, IN. Amenities include: in-ground pool, club house, car ports, and tennis/basketball courts.
