Developed from 2016 to 2018. After acquiring older properties in the student area of University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, JCap transformed the 200, 300, and 800 blocks of Chippewa Street. This project was identified by JCap as a strong market demand need and has proven to be a major success by maintaining 100% occupancy.
